Touching Our Creativity, Caring For Ourselves

In this talk we will be looking at the interplay between meditation and creativity, and the role creativity plays in community care. A short origami-folding demo will be part of the talk. Participants will be guided through the steps of folding a simple origami model using whatever paper they have (plain printer paper or an old magazine cover will work).
