Recorded Talk: Martina Bouey (June 16 2021)
Pause. Reflect. Refresh Your Practice
We’re six months into 2021- how did that happen!?! What happened to all of the new year resolutions that we made? The upcoming summer solstice is a good time to pause, connect to the earth, and take stock of where we are - to think about what has served us so far this year, and what do we need to let go of. This will be an opportunity to pause, reflect and refresh intentions.
