Recorded Talk: Dr. Shanté Smalls (6/3/2020)

Register to join the live talk on Wednesday, June 3rd at 7pm ET. After the talk, the recording will be available to view in your account.

The Four Reminders, or the four thoughts that turn the mind toward the dharma, assist us in contemplating what is valuable and important in our wakeful journey. Yet sometimes the emphasis on mind can lead to separation from body, emotions, and experience. This teaching works with the first of Reminders by putting it in dialogue with embodiment.

The cost for this talk is $10 for the General Public and $20 for Patrons who wish to pay-it-forward. We ask that Groups and Meditation Centers to please pay within the $40-$60 range.

Because we are committed to making this talk accessible to all, there is also a 25% discount option. To request this discount or a further scholarship, write to [email protected].
