As we move to create a just and enlightened society, one that embraces all of us at our intersections, we need to reconnect with the truth of who we are, rest and rejuvenate frequently, to gain clarity and insight. This will be an opportunity to connect with quick ritual to restore on the spot, reconnect, and return to the resistance.

The cost for this talk is $10 for the General Public and $20 for Patrons who wish to pay-it-forward. We ask that Groups and Meditation Centers to please pay within the $40-$60 range.

Dr. Claudelle Glasgow ( Dr. g) is a Queer Caribbean Black being whose work as a clinical psychologist and Buddhist teacher focuses on the healing and liberation of BIPOC at their intersections. Through psychotherapy, public speaking, and teaching, Dr. g guides the transformation of mind, body, and spirit, healing inter generational traumas, narratives of our experiences of birth, old age, sickness, and death/transition with humor, non/aggression, and deep compassion.
