Matthew Parkinson, MA, LPC has been a practitioner in the Shambhala tradition for the past 14 years. Matthew teaches meditation within Shambahala centers as well as in his private practice as a mindfulness-based psychotherapist. He lives in Asheville, NC with his wife and 1-year-old son.
