The Dharma of Resiliency
Resiliency is such an important skill to develop right now. Resiliency is about how well we are able to meet the challenges of our lives with a sense of openness and curiosity that helps us to regain our balance. Balance means understanding how to return back to a sense of being grounded in order to meet challenges directly. One of the tools we use to get thrown off balance, we have the tools to come back into balance. Mindfulness is a critical practice that helps to us to see and practice the strategies of deepening our resiliency. It helps us to experience what being in balance feels like and it helps us to understand how to make choices to return to that balance.
